1. Check whether the gantry crane rail foundation has settlement, fracture and cracking.
2. Check whether the rail has cracks, severe wear and other defects.
3. Check the contact between the rail and the rail foundation, and it must not be suspended between the foundation.
4. Check whether the rail joints meet the requirements, generally 1-2MM, 4-6MM is appropriate in cold areas.
5. Check the lateral misalignment and height difference of the rail, which should not exceed 1MM.
6. Check the fixation of the rail, the pressure plate and bolts should not be missing, and the pressure plate and bolts should be tightened and meet the requirements.
7. Check the connection of the rail connection plate.
8. Check whether the longitudinal slope of the rail meets the design requirements. The general requirement is 1‰. The whole journey is not more than 10MM.
9. The height difference of the rail with the same section is required to be no more than 10MM.
10. Check whether the rail gauge is over-deviation, and the deviation of the trolley rail gauge is required to be no more than ±15MM. Or determine according to the parameters in the gantry crane instruction manual.
